Our showroom located at 35-1111 Finch Ave West offers a wide variety of flooring products including, but not limited to, engineered and solid hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, carpet tiles, and more.

Flooring installation

We not only offer flooring supply, but also installation services. Depending on your subfloor, we are able to recommend the best installation method and products available. Be it hardwood flooring, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, you can trust our company to complete your installation for you in a timely manner.

Herringbone, chevron, designs

Oftentimes homeowners would like designs in their flooring. Herringbone and chevron flooring are two extremely popular designs to add something unique and different to their homes. Other designs and borders available upon request.

Underlayment

Some flooring, especially in condo buildings, require underlayment. It is important to consult buildings about IIC requirements. R&B Vass Construction works with some of the best sound reduction products available in Toronto.

Custom wood vents

We use custom flush wood vents created by the very same material we are installing to create a flow in your flooring. Aria vents also available.

Sanding, staining, finishing

From new flooring to old flooring that needs a refresh or a complete make over, we are here to help. On site sanding, staining, finishing gives you the opportunity to completely customize the look you are going for. Our company works hard on matching the stain of your choice, or adjust stains as requested.

Stair capping, or re-finishing

R&B Vass Construction also specializes in stair refinishing. From carpeted stairs that need to be re-capped with new wood, to old stairs that need to be sanded, stained, and finished.

Floor removal and repair

Before any installation can begin, our flooring specialists assess existing flooring and subfloor to determine where to begin the project. Upon removing existing flooring, oftentimes homes require repairs and leveling prior to installation services.

Baseboards and shoe-moulding

Baseboards and shoe-mouldings add a finishing touch to your home. After installation services are completed, we offer baseboard and shoe-moulding/quarter round supply and installation services as well. Please advise if these services are needed.
